Refund/Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

All sales final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted as each item is custom produced. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the correct size(s) and color(s) are ordered.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Because all of our items are printed to order, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

 

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:

If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.

Bulk orders ship within 2 weeks of ordering.
